What can I do to fix my relationship(help!!!!?

I confessed to my boyfriend of 5 yrs that during our break I was unfaithful a yr later. I didn't sleep with anyone but he still feels I'm untrustworthy and feels betrayed. I love him and I do want to marry him and spend forever with him. What can I do to prove that we can still work although I kept secrets?
