What should I do, advice please (:?

There is this guy I have liked for three years but I didn't at first he use to p*ss me off, really bad. he works at red robins and that is were I met him, we always flirt with each other and people that have been with me say that he really wants me, and what not I went back the other day and he was working and was my waiter, but I had my guy friend that really loves me, like loves me. So when he was my waiter he was saying his name and said to me well you already know my name and smiled at me, he usually is never that strong when he sees me, when he would come back, he would give us are drinks and when he was waiting for his response he would put his hand on my seat behind me and would put his body forward and hunched towards me and would smile at me, and the whole time when he would talk he would talk to me, flirting heavily. he later asked what I have been up to and I told him beauty school and he was playing with his hair, and said I need to have my hair done, I will know were to go now, and smiled very wide, and then he was talking about himself a lot of the time after that I wasn't sure if he was trying to prove himself but it wasn't annoying just curious. and when I was leaving he ran up to me and put his foot in front of me so I wouldn't go I looked up at him and I thought he was going to hug me or kiss me cause we had a real connection and then I got really embarrassed and said bye and he said bye. I can't tell what to do?
