Relationship advice please?

Okay so basically me and my boyfriend have been together for 3 years, im 16 years old. Anyway we're starting to have problems with trust, he's a very jealous person and he doesnt like my friends. He says despite what i say he wont be able to trust me, i havnt done anything to be untrustworthy but a few weeks back my 'bestfriend' tried to have oral sex with him, i think this is why hes losing trust as he thinks all girls are like that and hes afraid ill be unfaithful although i wont. He said he wants to be with me but if we cant do anything about the friends and trust issues its over, and i really dont want this, im just all out of suggestions and this is my last hope, thankyou
