Are women socially more sexually free?

Western society is rife with this kind of b@llshyt! There are literally hundreds of thousands of men in this country who have seen each other in passing, publicly and they have experienced flashes of these thoughts and ideas, even though they would never openly discuss the possibilities, it's always in the backs of their minds.
